The LaMoure City Council met on December 9, 2024at 5:30 pm.
Present were Clint Hoggarth, Greg Pedersen, Stuart Good, Jen LeBlanc, Trigg Baker, Brad Nogosek, Heath Schaffer, Brandon Reber, Art Hagebock, Bob Flath, Dominic Hanson

Meeting was called to order 5:27
Minutes: Pedersen moved to approve the minutes presented. Baker second. Polled vote, all yes.
Financial: Good moved to approve the financial report. Pedersen second. Polled vote, all yes.
Bills: Good moved to approve the presented bill. Pedersen second. Polled vote, all yes.
Engineers Report: Water tank: received proposal to install the final layer and the engineer recommends that we move forward with this last step. The committee met and agreed with this recommendation and also recommended to wait until spring to install to have less temp fluctuation and then complete the hookups.
Old Business: The second reading of the sales tax ordinance was done. Pedersen moved to approve the second reading. LeBlanc seconded the motion. Polled vote: all yes.
Floodplain the new map is coming December 18
Committees:
The 2 way tower has been purchased from the county. The lease with Titan Machinery is being completed and insurance will be switched over.
Police report: 15 calls for service. The police vehicle will be delivered later this month.
Permits: The Other Bar- liquor license for the first 6 months of 2025 Pedersen moved to approve the permit, Good second. Polled vote, all yes. Fence permit for Chelsey Tank, Nogosek moved to approve, Baker second. Polled vote, all yes.
