October 2025 Minutes

The LaMoure City Council met on Monday October 13, 2025, at 5:30 pm in the City Council Room at the City Office.  Present were Clint Hoggarth, Lori Gentzkow, Brad Nogosek, Dominic Hanson, Art Hagebock, Bob Flath, Heath Schaffer, Stuart Good, Trigg Baker, Jen, LeBlanc, Brandon Reber, via Conference Call Kimberly Radermacher

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Minutes: Gentzkow moved to approve as presented, Baker second.  Polled vote, all yes.

Financials: Baker moved to approve presented financials, Good second.  Polled vote, all yes

Bills: LeBlanc to approve presented bills and Nogosek second.  Polled vote, all yes.

Disposal: Gentzkow moved to approve the disposal of the records according to NDCC.  Baker second, polled vote: all yes. Motion passed.

Nogosek moved to approve the list of delinquent utility bills to be sent to the county for assessment to the properties.   Gentzkow second.  Polled vote: all yes.  Motion carried.

 

Engineer:

-Naastad Bros – change order – the work to be done after the tank is operational – increased costs due to the late date of completion.  Net contract increase of $30533.00.  The increase is change in pricing and having to bring equipment back to town.  Nogosek moved to approve the change order, Baker second.  Polled vote: all yes.

Reber is researching the automatic water meters, will invite the representative to an upcoming meeting to discuss options.

 

Police: Hanson has identified that the north side of the emergency center needs a new door.  He is getting gids and has the authority to schedule the replacement.

Permits:  David Heyd house removal – Baker moved to approve, Good second.  Polled vote: all yes.

Ryan Wagner: installation of a storage container. Gentzkow moved to approve, Good second.  Polled vote: all yes.

 

Other: The Mayor and City Council wish to congratulate the girls’ golf team on their season and trip to the state tournament and Addie Robbins on her Region Senior of the Year award and nomination to the all-state team.  Congratulations!
